The restored Constellation is moored in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The plans for this model were taken from that ship.
The model is plank on frame with a coppered bottom. Furled sails can be added. Though the ship is pictured
with a shaker table any style can be provided.
(I will deliver at no charge model, case, and table to anyone within 700 miles of Charlotte, NC. If you wanted to meet me at the 700 mile mark I could coordinate that with you. Outside of that area shipping costs will be $300 for models over $3,000 and $200 for all others.
Cases cannot be shipped due to breakage problems. However, if a case is desired I will ship the model on a base that is prepared for a case and I will arrange for a case to be made for you at the company nearest to your location. [Almost every city has an acrylic company located nearby.]
Tables cost more to ship than they are worth so you would come out better buying something in your area.
